Believe it or not, your diet has a lot to do with whether you have acne or not. Instead of going out and buying all sorts of acne fighting products out there, why not try the all natural way first. There are things you can do do reduce or avoid acne.
The first most important thing you can do is to avoid greasy foods. Greasy foods are known to make acne much worse. Choose the salad of that burger.

Substitute those sugary soft-drinks and juices for water instead. These are definite acne promoters. Make sure you are including plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet. These foods contain natural anti-oxidants and cleanse your body of toxins. They also balance out your hormones which is the main cause of acne.

Last but not least, get plenty of fiber in your diet. Body regularity helps reduce acne as well. And this tips don’t just help with acne scarring and blemishes, but also improve the general elasticity of your skin. Which means you can push the idea of getting botox and other invasive and expensive skin treatments back another few years, and it’s all as easy as treating yourself to a nice healthy diet!
